Here I go.......

Hey Y'all!

Here we go....I have been wanting to do this for such a long time. Not a day goes by that I don't hear something that I have to tell over and over again. Having four wonderfully made kiddo's always keeps you wondering what's next.

Is is Austin's many stories of how in love he is at this moment? Is it the tears rolling down my face because of his April Fools stories? Here are a couple of stories that make a mom ohhh so proud of their middle schooler......This week in the news......

* OMG! Austin and Quinten brought a fart machine to school for April Fools day. They decided to stick it in one of the cute girls desk. Of course they waited until it was quiet and well....you can only imagine the rest of the story. It got so bad that the teacher even questioned the poor girl. I have a feeling this will be an April Fools that she will never forget! I am not even his mother right now!

* Is is bad that Austin got busted for starting a Texas Hold Em match at school? They were watching a movie, Austin wasn't into it....thought he would start a lil' card game. One teacher saw and started laughing while the other shut it down. Austin's comment on the whole thing.......Mom....she shut us down right when I won the Jack Pot! I would have won glue sticks, a mechanical pencil, some new markers and a cool eraser! Everything leads to an opportunity for a talk right? Austin...no gambling at school. Those casino's aren't built with $$$ that people won!

You think this is bad......you should have heard the family discussions after we had to check out standing next to the pregnant man! Have you ever been put in a situation when you are quietly praying that your kids will just keep their mouth shut........ya.....that was this time! The topic is still a daily discussion. Austin was star struck. He ran around trying to secretly take pictures while following the couple through out Fred Meyer. Garrett and Logan just kept asking me over and over and over.....mom...how did that guy get pregnant? Somebody save me! Austin asked me if somebody had to die for him to get a, "you know what". Thank the good Lord that Kaitlyn wasn't with us that day!

Anyways.....time to get off. Lots and lots to do today! Soccer, Roller Rink, Birthday Parties and Latte's!

Have Blessed Day! Pray for us here at the Funny Farm....we need it!
